About the RoleThis position involves working collaboratively with our clinical care team to deliver exceptional patient care under the supervision of licensed professionals. Responsibilities may include preparing patients for visits, administering vaccines, scheduling follow-up appointments, and collaborating with providers to monitor and coordinate delivery of care plans.
Responsibilities:- Preparation of patients for visits, including vital signs, medication reconciliation, and documentation in Epic.
- Administration of vaccines and other injections within scope of practice.
- Scheduling follow-up appointments as needed per office policy.
- Collaboration with providers and clinical care team to monitor and coordinate delivery of care plans.
To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire. Active Medical Assistant certification/registration (RMA, CCMA, CMA) is also required. LPNs must have a current license to practice in the state of Arkansas.
