THE POSITION

We are looking for a dedicated Sports Betting Cashier to join our team.

The Sports Betting Cashier will ensure a smooth and prompt exchange of cash or winning tickets for our guests while supporting the sports betting operations through exceptional customer service, ticket sales, and accurate payout processing. This position is subject to regulatory approval.

THE GAME PLAN

Each team member plays a vital role:

  • Obtain a cash bank from the Sportsbook vault or casino cage.
  • Maintain and document all transactions, balancing the cash bank at the end of each shift.
  • Process wagers as requested by guests and verify winning tickets.
  • Accurately enter all information into the system.
  • Handle voided wagers appropriately.
  • Adhere to the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Communicate sports betting rules effectively and assist guests with their betting inquiries.
  • Monitor for unusual betting patterns and report them to the Supervisor.
  • Maintain visibility in guest areas and promptly address any questions or concerns.
  • Stay informed about popular lines and odds in the Sportsbook.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Protect the Company’s confidential information obtained during work.
  • Keep the work area clean and assist in maintaining the Sportsbook's overall cleanliness.

THE STATS

What we seek in our next team member:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license and meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Previous retail experience is advantageous.
  • Customer service experience is essential.
  • Basic math skills are required.
  • Cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in sports or online gaming is highly desired.
