Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate fire alarm inspections on a daily and monthly basis
  • Organize and maintain inspection data and schedules
  • Process invoices and payments for subcontractors
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve inspection-related issues
  • Prepare and send reports to technicians for upcoming inspections
  • Create and schedule deficiency tickets
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with computers, including MS Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer programs and schedules
  • Strong attention to detail
