Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of ICU staff, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff performance.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in ICU care.
- Current California RN License.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience, preferably in an ICU setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
