We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families in the ICU setting at Montefiore Medical Center.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
- Maintain current knowledge and skills in critical care nursing practices and technologies
- Current New York State License for Registered Professional Nurse
- BSN Degree preferred
- Two years of ICU RN experience
- Basic Life Support Training
- Infection Control Training
- Certification in specialty preferred
- Effective English communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems
