Key Responsibilities:- Collect and document patient data, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of evidence-based practices and policies.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a current, valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Three years of prior, related experience in emergency nursing, with a focus on patient care and team collaboration.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications preferred.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and nights, with flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs.
