Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Luthier to join our team as a Master Guitar Craftsman. The successful candidate will provide top-notch maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include interacting with customers to deliver exceptional service, servicing instruments with precision and attention to detail, maintaining store-owned gear as requested, completing warranty repair work, and performing additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and have foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products. You should also be able to effectively train learners and communicate information and techniques so that they are retained.
