Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nail Care Specialist to join our team. As a Nail Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a variety of nail care services to our guests.

Essential Functions

  • Clean, file, trim, polish and repair fingernails and toenails.
  • Offer nail care treatments and tips to our guests.
  • Provide positive customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
  • Attend all required training sessions and staff meetings.
  • Sanitize tools and equipment after each use.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the spa by suggesting other services and amenities to our guests.

Requirements

  • Must possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Knowledge of proper treatment methods to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
