Job DescriptionAs an Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will work closely with the General Manager to achieve sales goals, maintain high standards of quality, and promote a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff development
- Manage cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
To succeed as an Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza, you will need:
