Sterile Processing Technician Job Description

Cambay Healthcare LLC is seeking a highly skilled Sterile Processing Technician to join our team. As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of medical equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manually clean and disinfect medical equipment and supplies to prevent the spread of infection.
  • Operate and maintain decontamination equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Prepare and pack decontaminated supplies for sterilization.
  • Monitor and report any issues or problems with sterilization equipment.
  • Examine supplies meticulously to ensure they are properly cleaned and sanitized.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Recent experience as a Sterile Tech (3 years) required.
  • DaVinci, Vascular, Trauma, GYN, ENT, Ortho, Implants sets experience (1 year) required.
  • NBSTSA/CRCST Certification and BLS from AHA required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Puyallup, WA location preferred.
  • Ability to commute to Puyallup, WA preferred.
Pay and Benefits:

Up to $1,490.00 per week. Negotiable pay based on experience.
