Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team at Addiction and Mental Health Services, LLC. As a key member of our treatment team, you will play a critical role in providing evidence-based treatment to adult and adolescent patients with behavioral health disorders.

About the Role

  • Conduct comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments with newly admitted patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Lead process groups on topics related to addiction, recovery, and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to plan aftercare and ensure seamless transitions for patients.
  • Promote healthy boundaries and maintain patient safety through de-escalation skills and proactive risk management.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., counseling, psychology).
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral health disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive work environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The physical demands of this role include occasional lifting up to 25 pounds and frequent sitting, standing, and walking.
