Job Title: LPN Lead

Anthony Jordan Health Corporation is seeking a highly skilled LPN Lead to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and overseeing clinical operations to ensure a steady workflow and uninterrupted service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and ensure that patients receive consistent, competent, and patient-centered care.
  • Oversee clinical operations to ensure that administrative activities are completed timely and accurately.
  • Ensure that Jordan Health maintains a specific focus to support Team Base Care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize patient satisfaction and improve healthcare outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Accredited LPN Program.
  • 2+ years of healthcare experience in an ambulatory setting.
  • Previous supervisory experience or team leadership preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Certification to administer medications.
  • Current provider BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association.
  • Infection Control Certificate.
  • Valid NYS Driving License and reliable transportation.
