Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons with cataract procedures in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Deliver and maintain mobile cataract surgical equipment to our customers
  • Develop strong relationships with doctors and their staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations and advancements in the ophthalmic industry
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Surgical Technology or related field
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with doctors and their staff
