Job Title: Expert Dietician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Expert Dietician to join our team at Acadia Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing nutritional needs, developing dietary-care plans, and providing nutritional counseling to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess nutritional needs and develop dietary-care plans for patients
  • Provide nutritional counseling and education to patients and their families
  • Approve patient menus and nutritional supplements
  • Consult with physicians and healthcare personnel to determine nutritional needs and diet restrictions
  • Participate in treatment teams and review facility diet manuals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field
  • Current registered dietician or registration as required by state or eligible for endorsement
  • ServSafe certification or similar food safety certification
