We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Sparta Health & Rehab, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing exceptional care to our communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct occupational therapy patient care and support duties as indicated.
- Contribute to a positive work team by sharing information, using problem-solving methods, and accepting new ideas, criticism, or advice from others.
- Support activities introduced by skilled nursing facility and Rehabilitation Services.
- Provide adequate supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants as defined in the Georgia Occupational Therapy board rules.
- Collaborate with the Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines to facilitate effective and efficient clinical case management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current, unencumbered, license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Georgia.
- Prefer two years of experience in a skilled nursing facility rehabilitation environment or equivalent.
