RN-Registered Nurse FT Nights

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
As a key member of our healthcare team, the RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents. This includes collaborating with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
The RN will also be responsible for providing education and support to residents and their families, as well as participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care.
Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans
- Provide education and support to residents and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care
- Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
