Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the organization and execution of fitness programs within the center.
- Plan and coordinate fitness-related events, ensuring active participation from residents.
- Foster relationships with residents to motivate and encourage engagement in physical activities.
- Prepare and maintain the fitness center and swimming pool areas, ensuring cleanliness and functionality of all equipment.
- Design and implement fitness classes tailored to various skill levels.
- Provide training on strength training equipment, assess individual capabilities, and create personalized fitness plans.
- Maintain a monthly schedule of diverse classes catering to different skill sets.
- Manage the scheduling of contract instructors, ensuring all necessary certifications and documentation are collected and submitted.
- Responsible for laundering and organizing towels for the Fitness Center.
- Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
