About the Role

At Soliant, we are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will work with clients of all ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills, and develop individualized treatment plans to support clients' communication goals.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to create and implement customized treatment plans.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain thorough records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure within the required timeframe.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
