Department Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualization: Collaborate with the creative team to ideate and formulate innovative motion graphics concepts.
  • Design and Animation: Produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content that resonate with the brand's visual identity and marketing objectives.
  • Storyboarding: Create comprehensive storyboards and animatics to illustrate project concepts and timelines.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and compliance with project specifications.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside the video manager, designers, copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective visual messaging.
  • Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from clients and team members, making necessary adjustments to achieve the desired results.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends in motion design, animation techniques, and software advancements to continually enhance the quality of your work.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other relevant tools to create compelling motion graphics and animations.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in motion design.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant motion design software (Cinema 4D, etc.).
  • Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating a variety of motion design projects, showcasing creativity, technical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Creativity: Ability to generate original ideas and concepts that align with the brand's vision and objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well within a collaborative environment, contributing positively to team dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3D Animation: Familiarity with Cinema 4D is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Sound Design: Basic understanding of sound design and its integration with motion graphics.

Work Environment:
  • Hybrid Model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
