Pharmacy Director

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our pharmacy, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

• Leadership and Management: Lead and direct a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
• Patient Care: Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to patient safety and pharmacy practice.
• Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure the accuracy and quality of pharmacy services.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
• Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the pharmacy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of medications and supplies, ensuring that they are properly stocked and stored.
• Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and patient care, and share knowledge and best practices with the team.

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a pharmacy leadership role.
• Licensure: Active pharmacy license in the state in which you are employed.
• Certification: Immunization Certification through an accredited organization.
