Position Overview

Deliver comprehensive security support around the clock for the organization. Accountable for overseeing and safeguarding the security of the company's corporate facilities, operational units, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observes surveillance systems and emergency communication lines for the organization’s Learning Development Center and various operational sites nationwide.
  • Generates reports for management regarding potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Monitors high-risk areas through surveillance cameras and conducts virtual inspections to ensure the safety of personnel.
  • Offers guidance and support to employees regarding emergencies, security matters, and general inquiries.
  • Facilitates information sharing during all crisis situations.
  • Identifies and documents minor mechanical and security system malfunctions, seeking assistance when necessary.
  • Compiles reports, activity logs, and documentation on daily operations and responsibilities.
  • Issues employee access credentials and oversees access control to prevent unauthorized activities using monitoring tools.
Work Environment
  • Positioned in a comfortable indoor setting, with infrequent exposure to unpleasant conditions.
  • Majority of the time spent seated in a comfortable position, with occasional opportunities for movement. Rarely may require lifting light items.
  • Typically involves minimal overnight travel.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is strongly preferred. 0-2 years of relevant experience.
