COVID-19 Field Medical Staff

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a W2 nursing professional, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and choose from a wide range of shifts at our partner facilities in the Kent, OH area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Administer nursing care in ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute care facilities
* Work with residents and medical staff to devise care plans
* Ensure residents receive the right personalized treatments and medications
* Explain best options for care with residents and their family members
* Consult with other healthcare professionals, including doctors
* Set up medical equipment and monitor their use
* Oversee compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
* Document and check the accuracy of interventions and medical histories
* Perform fluid sample draws for lab work
* Lead the training and supervision of nursing staff

**Requirements:**

* Completion of an approved nursing program
* At least 4 months' experience in either post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
