CNA Certified Nursing Assistant Assisted Living Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Meadow Ridge. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents in a warm and comfortable environment.
Job Summary:The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care provided, and engaging residents in meaningful activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
- Utilize customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
- Perform other duties as needed
- Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
