Job DescriptionAt Good Shepherd Day School, we are dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for our students. As an Early Childhood Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Your responsibilities may include planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, providing direct support to fellow staff members, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for early care and education, with a high school diploma and experience working with children between birth and four years old. You will also need to possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational abilities. A valid CPR certification and Child Development Associate Certification are preferred but not mandatory. We offer a competitive salary range of $16.50 - $19.00 per hour (based on a 40-hour workweek) and benefits including employee discounts, paid time off, professional development assistance, and tuition reimbursement.
