Manufacturing Production Specialist

The ideal candidate must be able to work well in a team environment, follow all company safety rules and PPE use, and adhere to consistent hydration schedule. You will be required to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, safely operate assigned tools and equipment, and maneuver around moving machinery, uneven ground, steps, ladders, and stairs.

In this role, you will perform general clean-up and safety activities, cleaning and painting of equipment and structures, and train in various areas of wood production to gain knowledge for future advancement.

To be successful, you must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and have previous work experience that demonstrates the ability to hold employment for significant periods of time (2 years or greater).
