BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes. As a member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will develop and implement individualized care plans to help clients achieve optimal health and independence.
Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client needs
- Develop and implement care plans to improve mobility, strength, and balance
- Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative techniques and activities
- Accurately document client progress and care provided
- A current PA Physical Therapist license
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
- An estimated salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year
