Audiology Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Audiology Specialist to join our team at Sonova. As an Audiology Specialist, you will be responsible for performing patient hearing test assessments, analyzing results, and recommending varied treatment and product options. You will also address patient questions and concerns regarding the benefits of hearing aid use, discuss pricing, and present the value of hearing health care. Additionally, you will participate in community outreach efforts to generate new patient referrals, teach patients how to utilize new technology to meet their hearing goals, and perform hearing aid repairs, checks, and cleanings.
Essential Functions:
- Perform patient hearing test assessments and analyze results to recommend treatment and product options
- Address patient questions and concerns regarding hearing aid use
- Discuss pricing and present the value of hearing health care
- Participate in community outreach efforts to generate new patient referrals
- Teach patients how to utilize new technology to meet their hearing goals
- Perform hearing aid repairs, checks, and cleanings
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Hearing Aid Dispensing License in the state of Texas
- Doctorate in Audiology preferred
- 3rd and 4th year Audiology Externs encouraged to apply
