We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our team at CVS Health Careers. As a Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the autonomy to run your own practice with the support of our collaborative team. You will be responsible for providing primary and family evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems. You will also be expected to perform administrative duties, such as opening and closing the clinic, inventory management, and patient follow-up.

- Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
- Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health, and wellness.
- Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
- Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
