Licensed Clinician

At Owen Health Care, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinician to join our dynamic team. As a Licensed Clinician, you will have the opportunity to provide impactful in-office or remote counseling to an assigned caseload, offering individual, group, and family counseling while completing comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for each client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with DMHAS standards
• Ensure quality case management through regular communication with clients, their support systems, and relevant social service agencies
• Participate in supervision sessions, case conferences, and interdisciplinary consultations to enhance treatment effectiveness and community relations
• Engage in community events and marketing initiatives to promote program growth
• Actively take part in in-service training and quality improvement activities

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
• LSW certification (strongly preferred)
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Proficiency in software tools such as Excel, Word, NJSAMS, and EHR navigation
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
