Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans
Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans to help patients achieve their maximum potential in regaining their well-being through exercise and/or the use of prosthetic and orthotic devices.
Communicate Patient ProgressEffectively communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and other team members, and instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
Document Patient CareDocument patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
Maintain a Safe and Clean EnvironmentMaintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition.
Adhere to Professional StandardsHandle job responsibilities in accordance with the standards of the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.
Requirements- Education and Licensure
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
Certifications and SkillsCurrent CPR certification and strong organizational and communication skills.
