  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant
  • Experience working in a pediatric intensive care unit or a related setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
