About the Role

Holiday Beach Companies is seeking a skilled Service Plumber to join our team. As a Service Plumber, you will be responsible for performing highly skilled tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities' plumbing equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain good working order of Company vehicle, including refueling, servicing, and reporting mechanical issues.
  • Service and repair all plumbing systems, including water closets, urinals, sinks, faucets, drinking fountains, and associated piping, complying with NSF, ADA, and State Plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Service all infrastructure, including sanitary lines, grease lines, oil lines, grease traps, lift stations, and interceptors, operating large cable commercial sewer machines and high-pressure line jetting equipment.
  • Service all potable water systems, including water softeners, water heaters, steam effect boilers, potable backflow preventers, circulating pumps, tempering valves, mixing valves, high-pressure lines, nozzles, and pumps, and all related potable water assets.
  • Service all natural gas systems, including above-ground and below-ground pipes, valves, and fittings.
  • Service all steam boilers and piping, performing daily water conductivity tests on boiler feed water, maintaining all flame, water, natural gas, and pressure controls, and all other safety devices, and servicing all makeup water feed pumps and associated piping.
  • Service all water-based fire protection systems, including fire hydrants, fire sprinkler systems, fire pumps, industrial backflow preventers, and all related fire infrastructure.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
Requirements
  • A high school degree or GED is required.
  • Technical school is preferred.
  • 5+ years in industrial and commercial construction, maintenance facility, or a fast-paced service company dedicated to plumbing repair is required.
  • 1+ year in Lift stations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be knowledgeable or have the willingness to learn to operate an iPad.
  • Experience in residential plumbing systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
