Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team in Tacoma, Washington. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients by performing imaging procedures using specialized equipment.
About the Role:
This is a 13-week travel assignment with 40 hours per week, including 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with minimal call requirements (4 days/month). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform imaging procedures using nuclear medicine equipment
- Analyze images to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
