Ellis Parking is in search of a dedicated Operations Manager to enhance our leadership team.

The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience, although we are open to training the right individual.

This role encompasses the management of a team comprising approximately 5 supervisors, 5 lead valets, and 30 valets.

What is our mission? We specialize in parking vehicles, serving as the initial and final point of contact for patients and visitors at the hospital. Our responsibilities include greeting vehicles, assisting with personal belongings, and striving to create a positive experience for everyone we encounter.

The Valet Operations Manager will oversee all facets of valet services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing on-site management and supporting operations as required.
  • Fostering a positive and encouraging environment, emphasizing exceptional service for our guests.
  • Assisting in training and staffing management.
  • Supervising daily schedules to ensure all positions are adequately staffed, including during employee breaks.
  • Serving as the primary contact for both guests and hospital personnel.
  • Coaching, counseling, and, when necessary, disciplining employees.
  • Ensuring staff adherence to Ellis Parking uniform standards and policies during each shift.

This location features three entrances where we provide valet services. One entrance operates continuously, 24/7. The typical manager schedule is 7am-3pm, Monday through Friday, with flexibility required to accommodate operational needs.
