Urology Opportunity Overview

Delta Physician Placement is pleased to present a Hospital Employed Urology Opportunity in a Major Metro - Beach Side Community on the Coast. This exciting position offers a unique blend of clinical and personal fulfillment.

  • Compensation and Benefits
    • The MGMA Median Guaranteed Base Salary + RVU equals $700,000 or more Annual Potential.
    • A $20,000 Sign on Bonus and $10,000 Relocation Assistance are available.
    • Comprehensive benefits include Health/Dental/Vision, with an option to purchase, starting from the first of the next month.
    • A 401K Retirement Program is also offered.
    • Generous PTO/Holidays and CME: 5 Days + $2500 Allowance.
Responsibilities and Facility Details

The successful candidate will join an Established Group of Urologists, with each Urologist having their own PA. The position involves Consulting less than 4 hours a day.

  • Clinical Responsibilities
    • Hospital Employed Urology Opportunity.
    • Established as the center of excellence in robotics.
    • Access to both DaVinci XI and DaVinci X models.
  • Work-Life Balance
    • Clinic: 15-20 patients per day.
    • OR: 5-7 OR days a week to start, with the option to add more.
    • Call Max 7 Days/Month.
    • No admitting required, with PAs handling rounding.
    • Mon-Friday (8-5) 8:30 - 4PM, with Fridays being half-day.
