Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist in Metal Technology to join our team at Aurora Technologies. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality wire products on wire forming or annealing machines, testing the properties of materials, and ensuring material supply and transfer.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wire forming or annealing machines to produce high-quality wire products
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure materials meet our high standards
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth material supply and transfer
• Set up and operate production equipment to meet production demands
• Monitor and control production equipment to optimize performance
• Conduct and document quality control checks to ensure compliance with our quality standards
• Maintain and service production equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Identify and resolve production process disruptions to minimize downtime

Requirements

• Completion of secondary school with good grades in German, math, physics, and chemistry
• Strong interest in complex production equipment and metal processing
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Excellent teamwork skills and high level of reliability
• Initiative and enthusiasm for learning new things
