Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to lead our clinic as a Clinic Manager. Reporting to the Regional Director, this role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including patient treatment, employee onboarding, and training. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and service-minded team player who can enhance patient health and quality of life.
Responsibilities- Lead the clinic's day-to-day operations, including patient treatment and employee management
- Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with regional directors to drive business growth and improve patient satisfaction
- Provide ongoing training and education to employees to ensure high-quality care
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive clinic culture
