\Key Responsibilities:\- \
- Enhance the client experience by providing WOW service for home sellers and buyers\
- Ensure clients have a positive lasting memory of our company throughout the listing and closing processes\
- Prepare and review listing packets and comparables for the Listing Team\
- Meet with the listing team before listing to review comparables and pricing rationale\
- Review contracts\
- Lead the closing manager to oversee the hiring, training, and management of other listing and buyer closing coordinators\
- Oversee all aspects of the closing department\
- Assign listings to closing coordinators\
- Perform the function of listing closing coordinator for assigned clients\
- Oversee the closing board with your team\
- Conduct brief morning meetings with your team to ensure everyone is apprised on all files\
- Prepare weekly overviews of all closings for team leaders and weekly meetings\
- Make Thursday calls to all listed clients and active buyers, ending with 'Do you know anyone else buying or selling real estate?'\
- Ride all files to close\
- Evaluate pricing on listings and oversee price decreases\
- Closely follow the closing checklist\
- Solve listing issues and serve as the primary contact for listing clients\
- Call and introduce yourself and the lead listing contact\
- Forward business cards and letters instructing clients to contact you for all needs\
- Attend second appointments as needed to complete listings, take pictures, and introduce yourself as the primary contact\
- Deliver and negotiate offers and amendments\
- Update the closing board for your files\
- (Return) closed files to the welcome manager\
- Attend closings as needed\
- Attend team meetings as needed\
- Bi-weekly send out comparable sales, listings traffic, and counsel clients on pricing strategy\
- Build relationships with agents to determine strengths and opportunity gaps\
- Report activities to leadership\
- The ideal candidate will possess real estate experience, be extremely detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills and customer service experience\
- They will also be comfortable using technology, including learning new systems quickly, and have a desire to learn vital leadership techniques to apply within a team environment\
- Additionally, they should be deadline-focused, compliance-minded, self-managed, self-disciplined, and strive for excellence in every aspect\
- Finally, they must have a ridiculous work ethic and a growth-oriented mentality
