Associate Director – M&Q L&D Site Leader

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to lead our Learning and Development (L&D) team at our M&Q site. As a key member of our site leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive L&D strategy that drives business results and enhances employee capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a site-wide learning strategy that aligns with business objectives and ensures personnel qualification.
- Partner with business area/function leadership to define personnel qualification requirements, evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions, and identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Lead performance improvement initiatives to identify capability gaps and implement solutions that drive business results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and influence internal L&D process improvements that impact results.
- Ensure alignment between the learning strategy, learning portfolio, and curriculum architecture for process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (such as Human Resources, Training, Education, Operations, Science, or Engineering).
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, SOP business processes, or Leadership Development.
- 2+ years of experience in an L&D role in a regulated industry (such as manufacturing and quality).
- Experience in developing SOPs and training materials for a greenfield site.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
