Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat clients with maltreatment allegations, providing comprehensive prevention services to prevent future occurrences.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, coordinating services with other professionals as needed.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and safety planning, ensuring the well-being of clients and their families.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of services provided and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Master's degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the independent level with current, unrestricted State license.
  • At least two years of experience providing clinical counseling services to adults and children experiencing family violence.
  • Experience as a group therapy facilitator or co-leader is highly desirable.
  • Ability to obtain privileges at the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) and maintain Basic Life Support Certification (Course C).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills to create and maintain clinical records.
  • Experience with Family Advocacy System of Records or Family Advocacy Program Network computer software.
Work Environment

This role requires frequent use of standard office equipment and occasional travel, primarily local during the business day, with some overnight stays possible.
