Position Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Gastroenterologist to join our established multi-specialty practice. This part-time role will focus on our specialty office in Queens, providing an excellent opportunity to impact patient care in a community with high demand for gastrointestinal services. The ideal candidate will possess a robust clinical background in diagnosing and treating gastrointestinal disorders and will be skilled in performing endoscopic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive care for patients with gastrointestinal issues
  • Conduct colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures at our accredited facility
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood work and imaging
  • Formulate and manage individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients regarding their gastrointestinal health and available treatment options
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board certification in Gastroenterology
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in the field
  • Proficient in performing endoscopic procedures
  • Strong clinical acumen and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Valid Medical License
