Advancement and Donations Liaison

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to join our Advancement team at the Farnsworth Art Museum as an Advancement and Donations Liaison.

• Assist in managing membership relationships, including administering memberships and contributions, reporting on membership statistics, and guiding contributed revenue efforts toward growth in engagement and participation.
• Process member and donor contributions within one week of receipt, entering gifts in the museum's donor database and preparing thank-you letters, membership cards, and other correspondence to steward donors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for members and donors, providing exceptional customer service and responding to member inquiries within 24 hours.

• Manage data entry tasks and list updates in the donor database, ensuring accurate data entry and a clean database.
• Collaborate with the Database Manager to develop and implement effective database strategies and cross-train on various processes.
• Assist the Chief Advancement Officer with administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling meetings, tracking donor activity, and taking meeting notes.

• Bachelor's degree or two years of equivalent experience in an administrative role, preferably with experience in membership, subscription, banking, or similar fields.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently with a high level of organization, planning, and time management.
• Familiarity with Google, Microsoft, Zoom, and other software, with experience in database or data entry work preferred.

Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
