$500 Sign-On Bonus (after 90 days)

Position: Mobile Phlebotomist

Schedule & Training: Monday - Friday (block schedule with varying hours, and regular Sundays off).

Note: Employees may occasionally be required to work outside their regular schedules due to special events, shift coverage needs, or business requirements.

Compensation: $20.50 per hour, commensurate with education and experience (includes $1.50 mobile premium).

Role Description: We are seeking a Phlebotomist to assist volunteer donors by managing registration, conducting medical screenings, and performing phlebotomy procedures. This role involves regular travel with a team to various locations within the state. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to quickly learn new skills. A collaborative spirit and a commitment to effective public interaction are essential.

Work Environment: This position is physically demanding and typically includes:

  • Lifting and transporting up to 40 pounds for loading, unloading, or restocking.
  • Carrying equipment up and down stairs.
  • Setting up and dismantling equipment at different venues.
  • Traveling by vehicle to and from blood drive locations.
  • Occasional duties at donor centers.
  • Extended periods of standing and walking.
  • Engaging with donors and providing general customer service.
  • Reading, comprehending, and applying Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Utilizing computer or tablet devices for data entry and access.

Training: Training will last approximately 10 to 12 weeks at our designated training location (this period may not be continuous).

Qualifications: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Proof of education and certifications will be required during the interview process. Relevant training and education are advantageous. Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
