Spa Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Attendant to join our team at Auberge Resorts. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and relaxing experience for our clients.

• Guest Service: Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our spa facilities.
• Spa Operations: Assist in the smooth flow of spa operations, including reviewing daily treatment schedules and preparing guest areas.
• Customer Support: Provide personalized support to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Housekeeping: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, including locker rooms, treatment rooms, and public areas.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spa products and supplies, ensuring that we have adequate stock to meet guest demands.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our spa team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.

• Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Spa Knowledge: Familiarity with spa operations, including treatment protocols and product knowledge.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Spa Experience: Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Certifications: Current certifications in CPR and California Food Handler's Certification.
