Dietary Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team at North Central Health Care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide resident-centered dining services, ensuring a positive experience for our patients and clients.
• Assemble and prepare food for general and therapeutic diets, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
• Operate the flight dish machine to sanitize dishes and utensils, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Distribute hot food to patients, residents, and clients, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Record food temperatures and meal intakes, accurately documenting vital information.
• Contribute to a positive and respectful work atmosphere, collaborating with colleagues to achieve exceptional care.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs unassisted, with frequent lifting required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a respectful and helpful demeanor.
• Reliable attendance and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Competitive starting pay of $14.50 to $16.00 per hour, based on experience.
