We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team, providing community-based treatment to children aged 12-17 struggling with delinquent behaviors. In this role, you will work closely with families to develop an enduring social support network in the natural environment, emphasizing behavior change in the youth's natural ecology.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing comprehensive MST treatment to each family.
  • Collaborating with families to develop an enduring social support network in the natural environment.
  • Developing weekly treatment goals with families.
  • Submitting monthly written progress reports to referring providers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in individual and family counseling.
