The Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) at North Alabama Hospital encompasses a team of nurses that care for post operative patients that have had open heart surgery or vascular surgeries in a critical care setting.

Salary

">

$95,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience. We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, plus flexible-spending and health-savings accounts, income-protection programs, tuition reimbursement, loan assistance, and 401(k) matching.

Job Responsibilities

">

You will perform plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment. Documents patient care given. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family. Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
