About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Heavy Equipment Parts Coordinator. In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless parts delivery and customer satisfaction by coordinating with various stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams. Your success will depend on your ability to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities
As a Heavy Equipment Parts Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Cooling with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Communicating with vendors to confirm part availability and pricing.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate parts delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including inventory levels and customer interactions.
  • Collaborating with other teams, such as sales and service, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and adhering to all safety protocols and best practices required by law and company policy.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • An active and valid driver's license, clean driving record.
  • Basic knowledge of the delivery area.
  • Experience serving others in delivery and/or retail sales (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new things and accept new challenges.
The estimated salary for this position is around $55,000-$65,000 per year, based on industry standards and experience.
