Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to Med Surg / Telemetry patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and report patient vital signs and other relevant data to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med Surg / Telemetry nursing.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
