We are seeking a highly skilled Conflict Resolution Attorney to join our team at WilmerHale. As a key member of our Business Clearance team, you will be responsible for providing expert analysis and guidance on conflicts of interest, ensuring that our firm maintains the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Conflict Analysis and Clearance: Provide in-depth analysis and guidance on conflicts of interest, ensuring that our firm's business clearance processes are thorough and accurate.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of Conflict Resolution Attorneys, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and expertise needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Research and Development: Conduct research and develop new processes and procedures to improve our business clearance operations, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of best practices in the industry.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with all levels of the firm, including attorneys, staff, and management, to ensure that conflicts of interest are properly identified and addressed.
- Special Projects: Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, ensuring that they are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Experience: Minimum three years' experience in a law firm or related industry, with a strong background in conflict resolution and business clearance.
- Education: J.D. required, with active and good standing membership in the Ohio or DC Bar, or immediate waiver eligibility.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and supervise a team of attorneys.
